STAY AWAY!!!

Firstly, the reception people are extremely rude and lazy. Even if you complain nothing happens - about waiting 40mins after a guy told you "ill be with you now please wait there" and you have to watch him chat to girls and not helping you???

I was told you get one month free when you refer people to the gym, i referred 3 people who signed on, still waiting for my free months its been almost a year now!

The gym is so full that if you go after work, you have to wait 40mins for each exercise!

"Please replace weights" oh please, looks like 90% of the members cant read and count. The dumbbell rack is a mess, takes longer to get 2 matching dumbbell's than it takes to do the exercise.

Same thing with sweat towels... pffft

The bathrooms? OMG that smell ect... id rather keep it in me till i can go home.

lastly when i initially signed my contract with the "black tag" me and my training partner trained 2 times a day like we always have... Just to be told 6 months after signing you can only train once a day? okay so i didnt know you can change you terms and or mind mid contract from you side, but we as consumers cant?

Seriously we your members pay with our HARD EARNED money to train there, yet your staff has the attitude that they are doing you a favor? If you cant treat your clients right, ill take MY MONEY elsewhere , where i am appreciated and looked after , since i am the one paying!

I will most definitely not renew my contract, ever! And cancel it as soon as i can. And i think most of you 18 000 members only at this gym alone (witch is still growing daily , even tho its overcrowded and you cant get **** done) feels the same. AND PLEASE don't tell me that "we are expanding sir" bull****..yes nice finally, but that takes time, and in the meanwhile ill just have to wait 40mins for each **** exercise. Oh yeah i was told (cheeky) dont come in peak hours...True , but sincerely from a angry member, some of us has real jobs and families to look after, so we cant go when we want to. At night after work or in the morning before work either way , your *****ed. Just stay away.

Hope this sheds some light for people thinking of joining... Trust me its not worth your hard earned money.
