a rude lady phoned me form plant fitness about my debit order not going off, which is not my fault, i have no contract copy at all to see what the amount is or anything just received sms that they did not receive my payment , i tried explaining to her what my side of the story is and she kept interrupting me and best of all then put the phone down in my ear this is so not cool very disappointed.
