Planet fitness springs mall.

Went to gym today could not enter as my debt order did not go off on the 28th i did phone them on the 28th to enquire regarding my debt order that did not go off as it was supposed to. They then told me to wait the following week telling me if it does not go off i should pay in the gym,not knowing there would be a late payment fine. Just to find out they missed spelled my surname on the system. They made me still pay the late payment fine although it was they're mistake. And now i have to refill the form before the problem can be resolved. Very unprofessional and very time consuming.
