Planet fitness South Africa

<p>I am utterly tired of the incompetency of this company. I have contracts with many companies like allan gray, miway etc. Their level of service is amazing compared to Planet Fitness. i dont even understand how they are still in business and they continue this behaviour they wont be for the decades to come. I cancelled my membership and gave 30 day notice in March for April. Yet I got debited today. I want my money reversed and the pain and suffering with dealing with these people coming to an end. Its no wonder I am switching to virgin active. Hell, even Telkom's customer service is better than Planet Fitness. They need to find the guy that serviced me and fire him, because of him I am publicly declaring them as ***********. They need to deal with their people so this nonsense of treating customers horribly ends!</p>
