Planet fitness sold me what they knew they were not going to have

I was sold something that was known is not in the pipelines. I joined Planet Fitness Olympus, Pretoria east in Feb/March 2019. I was told a child care facility is in the pipelines. When the club opened, I was told they mistakenly turned what was supposed to be the childcare into another studio. The main reason I joined was so My wife and I can use the black tag and leave our child while we go to gym. Now when I ask about the child care, it doesn't seem like there are any plans to have one. I believe I was sold something that they knew was not going to happen. The sales person referred me to call centre. Call centre made me wait for 30 min when they said I should wait to see what they can do and hanged up on me. Very dissatisfied.
