Planet Fitness slims you bank account not your waistline

Planet Fitness is one of the most ************ companies in South Africa, I cancelled my membership in April 2020 and I'm still being debited, they refuse to send me voice recordings of my conversations I had with them asking for the membership to be cancelled, instead the agents I spoke to said they will listen to the calls on my behalf and do an investigation as to why I'm still being debited, I am yet to get an outcome regarding these "investigations". I have tried to stop the debit orders however they change the reference code and debit anyway like a bunch of ******, am I the only one tired of consumers being taken for a ride in SA without any consequence to these vindictive service providers?
