Planet Fitness Signature Wanderers - Extremely poor sales Rep Thomas edition

Planet Fitness is an exceptional gym with excellent facilities — however, my experience with one of your Sales Executives, Thomas, has been nothing short of infuriating and deeply disappointing.

Thomas has completely tarnished the reputation of Planet Fitness with his deceptive and ********* conduct. He clearly has no understanding of customer service or honesty, as he falsely advertised the Planet Fitness contracts and misrepresented the Discovery Vitality benefits.

I was misled and solicited into paying the full membership price, even after I had already paid the Discovery Vitality initiation fee. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate act to exploit customers who are simply trying to sign up in good faith.

Frankly, it appears that Planet Fitness sales executives are incentivized to push full memberships for higher commissions, which would explain why Thomas manufactured this entire situation. I find this behavior dishonest, manipulative, and ********* — especially since this is my second contract under the Planet Fitness and Vitality special, and I know exactly how the process should work.

I am extremely frustrated and expect this matter to be investigated and rectified immediately. This experience has severely damaged my trust in the Planet Fitness brand
