Planet Fitness should be Planet Greedy

I cancelled Planet Fitness on the 9th of October. They debited me at the end of October AND...AND at the end of November! I thought this was greedy and that I should get a refund for November. Their attitude was "FY. We've done nothing wrong. You're not getting a refund. Exercise you're rights if you want to." I'll exercise my rights, but one thing's for sure, I'll NEVER be EXERCISING at a PLANET FITNESS ever again! You've lost a brand ambassador, and now you have a BRAND ENEMY.
