Planet Fitness shocking response time

Been struggling for a week to get through to head office, they don’t pick up the phone and I’ve sat waiting on the phone for almost 10 minutes on one occasion, logged a contact online and got an email that they will respond in 72 hours, is this a joke!!!!!
