I wont suggest Planet Fitness even to my biggest enemy! Bad service from day one!

When I phone the call centre for a detailed statement they send me an email with a reply that the issued has been solved?

I've been sending email's from the 6th Nov '18 ( according to their automatic reply it should take 72 hours to reply) I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!!

Staff at Springs Mall (Planet Fitness) *********** and not professional at all! I've been trying to get a statement to see what my arrears amount is and hoped that the reception at Springs Mall will be able to assist me, firstly they looked at me if I was someone to rob them or something they were way to important than me! They asked me my id number and after seeing my account they have treated me in front of all the members behind me to enter the gym she did not even have the decency to take me to a office and treat me professional and all my personal details conditional!

Planet fitness staff don't know the word treating a customer fairly % protecting their personal information!!!!!

I will never in my life refer Planet Fitness to anyone!!!

HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!
