Planet Fitness Service Atrocious!

Planet Fitness' customer service stinks! While offering clients to purchase a Gift of Health voucher for loved ones, their payment system debits the client and the client inadvertently has to follow up every day for 3 weeks and still no voucher! Its Christmas.. correction, its past Christmas. How on earth are you supposed to give someone a voucher AFTER Christmas for Christmas? Further to this, this query has still not been resolved and I received an email to say that the query is closed. Still no voucher. No call from their customer contact. Whoever owns Planet Fitness, should buck up and pay attention to Customer Service!
