Shocking Service. Been trying to cancel my blacktag for more than a year now, and every single time they keep on saying that I signed an extended contract even though they cannot provide the evidence.

DO NOT SIGN FOR A BLACK TAG, EVEN IF IT IS FREE. They keep on moving the goalpost when you try to cancel it and it keeps on costing you.

Overall I would recommend to just join someone else.
