Planet Fitness sends me to Debt Collectors (Excalibur) When I have cancelled my contract and dont owe them (Legal Action to follow)

Good day, I cancelled my contract with Planet Fitness, of which Planet Fitness did not hesitate to bill me past the end of my membership. Worst, I paid the membership in full including the interest (for the 12 months) and they decided to deduct my money from my bank account without my consent and knowledge. Which happens that when I sent them my proof of payment via email (proof), I informed them that I will make a decision to further my membership in January 2017, of which they ignored. I reversed two payments that they tried to deduct in January and February 2017, and called their call centre (with rudeness and terrible service) to inform them that I did not owe Planet Fitness at all. Planet Fitness then decided that I owe two months of the new year, of which I refused because there was no consent and knowledge of a membership; and been trying to call their call centre who never pick up; or just hang up on your call. Now I am receiving emails from Saya Recoveries/Excalibur saying that I am being billed to pay Planet Fitness, along with interest of which I have seven days or they will blacklist me. I reverted back to Excalibur (Annelise) to inform them that I will take legal action if I am wrongfully listed. To Saya/Excalibur, I urge you to investigate the matter before you end up blacklisting me for Planet Fitness' mistake. I am currently forwading this information to my legal representatives. I do have proof and I urge that you stop this as I cannot tolerate being black balled when I have no relation with Planet Fitness. I will take legal action against Planet Fitness, and will publicly make note of it, if this does not stop.
