Planet Fitness sells membership contracts on a lie!!!!

My wife and I signed up with Planet Fitness late last year and were advised that our kids are welcome at the gym and they can also use all the facilities, even during peak time

At only our second visit, our kids were not allowed to use any of the equipment, and our kids are 15 and 12 years old!!

So I cancelled my gym contract with Planet Fitness and moved to Virgin Active, where my kids have full access!

Now Planet Fitness calls me to say I have to pay membership fees for the full year although I have cancelled the contract due to false information from their side

Now they are pursuing legal action for the fees due to them

Planet Fitness has no integrity is selling memberships to its customers and when it gets found out that they lie to induce customers, they want to collect a full years membership fee!!!!

Absolutely pathetic!!!
