Planet Fitness ******** people be aware- Never should have Joined

went in to the gym and have put my account on hold as advised by a sales lady because we moved temporairy to a place where there were no Planet Fitness gym. Now we are back in Pta and want to continue with our contract- just to find that the sales lady havent followed my request. Owing them money now and have been given over to laywers to collect. this is a ******** Gym why have they not phoned once to collect money if the account was never paused. now all of a sudden I must pay The full outstanding for someone else that cant do their job. AKA Planet Fitness.
