My contract ended on October but my money was deducted on November and i called to head office to inquire and i was told that my contract was not cancelled apparently they have their so called auto renewal which was never explained to me when i signed the contract" anyway i was promised that my contract was cancelled in November only to see a much bigger debit in December. i'm so disgusted by this people!
