Planet fitness ****

I have had the worst experience with planet fitness, their consultants are only there to give you false hope. I was assisted by Maureen, Rosebank branch, who made us sign a contract and told me that I could cancel within 5 days of their free cancellation and when I came to realize that the time frame and my work schedule were colliding, I went back to cancel my membership and she prolonged the whole situation and told me she was going to do something about it and when the trial period had passed she then told me the is nothing she could do, I will have to pay the cancellation fee. I should say I am not pleased with their services. Now I have to pay for something that I did not benefit.
