Planet Fitness ****

I took out membership over 10yrs ago but cancelled the contract within 30days of taking the membership. They told me I will forfeit my membership fees. But continued to debit my account even after cancelling and not visiting the gym even once. Now I receive an email in 2018 that they handed me over for over R12000 to Saya Recoveries even though I cancelled the contract. They have left me with high bank charges and falsely blacklisted me. I never heard from Planet Fitness Claremont in years not a call or email or letter by post. What service was provided to me by Planet Fitness if was never in the gym? The head office and Claremont never returns my calls or emails and Saya recoveries has also not responded to an email I sent over a week ago. Planet Fitness are the biggest ******** do not take out membership with them.
