Planet Fitness **** !!!!!!!

Planet Fitness/Just Gym This gym has zero customer service for their clients, It all started after Lockdown when I contacted them to find out how much my cancellation fee was then that same month settled/cancelled my membership then sent them proof of payment., but I have been getting texts to pay my membership still so I reached out then I was told everything is settled just the backlog of Lockdown so Admin is behind. A few min later I get an email that I owe them more money & my Account is in Arrears for my October debit. This doesn't make sense because payment was made the 1st of October & everything was acknowledged but know they are trying to **** more money out of me probably for leaving the gym. Their head office agents dont really care about solving the matter , they acknowledge the matter & agree with you but send an email afterwards saying the opposite. My advice is when looking to join a gym look for something that follows the rules it has outlined ,does not try to **** money out of you & disregards the agreement & has very good customer service. If you want peace of mind & want to avoid frustration stay AWAY from Planet Fitness .... there are BETTER gyms out there
