Planet fitness says that i owe them money

I just popped into planet fitness to join and i was told i am unable to join because i owe R200? This is not true as the last membership as per sales advisor was a promotional offer, the same promotional offer that they sell at checkers , picknpay etc.It is unacceptable that the sales advisor told me that my account has been handed over! How could it be handed over when i only had the promotional gift card! This is unacceptable ! Planet fitness has always been my gym of choice and never had problems! I will contact relevant individuals from planet fitness to ensure this matter is handled! I will not be handed over for R200 ! I tried to join the gym again but im scared as what if they over charge me again . I might be wrong but im positive if they mention that the last membership i had was a gift card. I am now blocked from the system to join again
