Planet Fitness Sandton Gate unprofessional
I would like to know why you dont give your PT's a dedicated room where they can do assessments? We have to do our assessments in the pilates room! Can I just mention that there are cameras in this room and when you stand there in your training bra, you dont know who is watching. Further more, the next thing is that your staff bring people to view while we are busy. This is super unprofessional and it was embarrasing as it was 2 men walking in!!!! Invasion of privacy! Your PT's pay rent but you cannot give them a room to use....not even for paying customers....
Perhaps you dont feel the need because most of your PT's dont even do assessments because they are not properly qualified (and you dont check the credibility of the qualifications either - most obtained an "online" qualification) eg. One of your trainers had a stroke and was still taking on clients but he would not have been able to spot anyone. Another is visibly sick, yet he still comes to gym daily, another has brought a small dog in a togbag.....
I am also complaining on this platform as the app doesn't work and I dont know who your current club manager is....

At almost a week later, I have not been contacted to address my concerns. This lack of professionalism shows me the lack of dedication, lack of respect and total disregard for your paying clients and trainers.
Let me be honest, I have seen NO changes at the gym... app still doesn't work, sick PT is still there too.
Are you just there for the money? If you dont take my concerns seriously, why should I take you serious?
