Planet fitness *****s your money with false advertising

FALSE ADVERTISING. No help with queries. I joined planet fitness a few months ago, I was joining on the Vitality membership, it was supposed to be R360 a month, until NOW they haven't activated my vitality on their side, they are still deducting R1048 every month. The sales person who assisted me when I joined were no help, he said it is not his problem I should call the call centre. After speaking to them multiple times, I still haven't got refunded and they are still debiting R1048 every month. NO ONE IS HELPING ME. They are *****ing my money !!! They are ****mers and false advertants. They don't even allow me to cancel my membership without PAYING AGAIN..
