Planet fitness s**** machines

I am currently a member of Planet fitness hammanskraal, our challenge is that our treadmills aren’t working and are currently in a dangerous condition, members fall off the machines and face the risk of injuries due to the current conditions of the treadmills.

I raised this complain with the gym manager and the matter to date could not be resolved, a month ago I raised the matter with planet fitness head office and to date the matter hasn’t been resolved and no commitment from the company as to when this will be resolved.

As members we are in a position we’re we feel that the company is looting money from us as they are not providing services that we are paying for.

We demand answers as to when this situation will be resolved.

We know we are from hammanskraal but please treat us with respect as we paying clients man.
