I have been a member for almost 8 years , but has never seen such poor service from a Company. The Air-con has been off for the past 4 to 5 months and no one is attending to it. In the winter months it was okay but now it gets extremely humid and hot inside. According to the Manager they are waiting for the head office to come and visit. You are not very keen on store visits if no one has visited the branch in the last 4 months. You are definitely going to be a few members less after November as we all are going to Join Virgin Active if this is not sorted out by end of November. This makes me the *%#@ in. Please sort it out
