Planet Fitness Ruimsig

Planet Fitness Ruimsig I was assisted by Natasha at the Ruimsig Branch. She told me the month to month fee was R750, where i said no thank you and we said goodbye. That same day she whatsapped my son and said she can assist me for R500pm, i made an appointment to go to the branch. When i got there, she explained that it will not be R500 but R70 more each month - now i know to everyone R70 sounds like nothing, but i have a HUGE problem with people comitting to things, just to change them later, so i said that wasn't what she told my son, thanked her an got up to leave. Natasha walked behind me to the entrance and she told me about a special they are having starting at 1 April for 6 months at R99 per month. I explained that i will not take them up on the R750 deal, as it is way to much for a month to month, then i'd rather go back to VIVO gym even if they do not have a swimming Pool.

We agreed that she will try and keep me on the R570 Edgars deal after the 6th month, She asked me not to fill out the dates or the amounts so she won't get in trouble with her Manager.

Come 1st of April (The day i was asked to pay a Registration fee of R150, Natasha told me she can not give me the R570 deal, it will have to be the R750 amount after 6 months, i told her in that case to cancel the deal, as there were no amounts and or dates filled out anyway. She agreed, then that day i saw Planet Fitness deducted R749 from my account, not even the R99 they were supposed to take. I immediately contacted Jenna, the GM of the Branch, but it is now the 13th, i still haven't received my wrongfully deducted monies, after my cancellation due to several broken agreements.

I am VERY upset that NONE of the agreements, even by Management regarding when they will call me back, or send me reference numbers - EVERYTHING is a mess.

I want my money paid back into my account, and i will never ever ever refer anyone to this branch. Can someone higher then the GM contact me and pay back the money Planet Fitness owes me with immediate effect please.

PS: I have forwarded all the information between my son and Natasha, our conversation was taped so i forwarded that, and everything was sent through to JENNA as she requested.
