Why do I have to hold for like 20 minutes before I speak to a consultant when I call the call center? Eventually when I do get through, the people half the time do not know how to assist me. So I decided to send an email. It was promising because I received a reference number for my query. Oho, after a day, I get an email to say my query has been closed. How? Because I received ZERO feedback. They just close it nje. Can you please follow up!!!
