Planet Fitness - Rosebank Branch is just de*****ing customers

Planet Fitness woes you to sign-up and the aftercare is just non-existent. I took out membership in February, converted to the Vitality Benefit in April. Instead of paying that money over to vitality they just pocketed it - crediting my account and continued to debit my account the wrong amount each month. Back at the ranch they conveniently "lost" the vitality contract and wanted me to sign another one and conveniently "lost" that one too. After having enough of the back and forth I requested they cancel my contract without recourse and pay me back all my monies, after agreeing to the cancellation they stop debiting me. However, they did not cancel my contract - they simply kept deducting the credit (****** Vitality money) I had on my account each month without my knowledge. All this while I have to keep dealing with different people because every few months consultants and managers keep quitting or getting fired. ****piest customer service experience ever!!!!! And I am still fighting to get my contract cancelled and monies refunded to me
