Planet Fitness Roodepoort - Worst Service EVER

<p>I have received the WORST service ever from Planet Fitness, that is even if you an call it service.</p> <p>I was at the Roodepoort branch on 5 August 2016, to hear what their gym rates are. The sales rep who was assisting me told me that national membership was x-amount (which was incorrect), and so based on the amount that I was given, I signed up at that branch, for national membership. The gym contract would only commence on September 2016.</p> <p>Only to find out a few days later that national membership is actualy more than the amount that I was given, so then I told them that I am not interested in the national membership and will rather have membership to one specific club, which was NOT the Roodepoort club. This same sales rep then GUARANTEED me that I would be transferred to the club I want, and it will be active from 1 September 2016. It is now the 28th of September 2016 and I STILL do not have access to the gym that I want.</p> <p>Between the call centre and the Roodeport branch, I have NOT received ANY assistance. I have just been the idiot who keeps calling to get feedback, only to be told that I will get called back. And does anyone ever call back? NOPE!</p> <p>I have never been so disrespected and devalued as a customer ANYWHERE else before. These people really do not care how their customers get treated, or even if they get assistance.</p>
