Planet Fitness Roodepoort shoking service

I have had issues with regards to my debit order from Planet fitness Roodepoort from December 2017. Every month they do not debit my account and I have to pay an extra R20 at the club as my debit order was not accepted. I have raised this several times at the branch but they say I have to logg the complaint on their system. Their customer service department came back to me and said its my bank that does not auth their debit order. I have contacted my bank and they said they will never refuse a debit order. I went back to Planet fitness and they just keep saying its my banks fault they cant help me. Worst service I have ever received. Managers and staff at this specific branch DOES NOT want to help you and has a dont care attitude. DO NOT JOIN planet fitness they give endless problems and will NOT resolve any queries or issues!
