PLANET FITNESS ROODEPOORT - DISASTER

So i have been a member of Planet Fitness Roodepoort on and off since they opened. I started Aqua Fit classes in January this year and absolutely love it. I work so cannot attend the 09h00 pensioners class. I was told that if i want evening classes I must find 10 people to attend. Surely that is the responsibility of the gym itself. Last night i find out that the only class i can attend, which is Saturday mornings has been cancelled with immediate effect. I have tried communicating with Storm the manager and Head Office, but falls on deaf ears. I feel that this gym is failing its members.
