Planet Fitness ripping people off

I have been with Planet Fitness since March 2019. For the first 3 months everything was fine, from May 2019 they started deducting my membership fees plus an additional amount which varies every month with no explanation from Planet Fitness. I have been reversing the second payment month after month. I have been contacted by Landau Attorney's saying I have been handed over for not paying my membership fees for more then 6 months. I have explained to them what has been happening and now Landau says I must speak to head office. So why contact me in the first place??? The second person from Landau sent me my statement from Planet Fitness and conveniently the 'unexplained amounts' debited from my account do not reflect on their statements! So far I have seen many people complaining about the same problem here. Explain Planet Fitness!
