Planet Fitness Refuses To Cancel My Account

I am warning you never open an account at Planet Fitness rather go for other gyms. I've been trying to close my account with Planet Fitness for a year now and all they say is we working on it, sending through your query to Finance or lie and say it's cancelled. They told me to pay a settlement fee to close my account which I did and sent them proof of payment ect. But still even today they keep debiting from my account and telling me that my account is in errors. They call centre employees are full of bull**** one laughed over the phone while I was frustrated angry about this situation, the other lady just dropped my call and when I called back she told me " oh sorry it was a mistake my earphones fell etc. They are full of ****. I regret join Planet Fitness.
