Planet Fitness "Refer a Friend" promotion is a ****

Planet Fitness is currently running a promotion called "Refer a Friend," where they encourage their clients to refer a friend and promise the referring client a free month as a reward.

It appears that despite referring a friend to Planet Fitness in Vanderbijlpark in February 2024 with the expectation of receiving a free month's membership as part of their "Refer a Friend" promotion, I have yet to receive the promised benefit. Despite multiple inquiries, there have been continual excuses provided when addressing this issue.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of resolution regarding my referral benefit at Planet Fitness Vanderbijlpark. Despite providing all necessary information, including a reference number issued two weeks ago, and being informed that the matter was escalated to head office, there has been no response or action taken. This situation leaves me feeling neglected and frustrated, and I urge Planet Fitness to address this matter promptly and transparently.
