Planet Fitness - Rat Race to cancelation.

So I've been a member at Planet Fitness for about a month now. When joining, I made my intentions clear to the sales consultant that I would need my membership cancelled by the end of March 2023 due to relocation. They told me the process would be easy and simple and all I had to do was come to gym, give them a notice and that would be that. WRONG! I have to give four months' notice, I went to the gym, let them know, and they told me to call the call centre, I called roughly 15 times in the span of 6 days, and not a single person answered. When I finally did get somebody on the line, they told me that the cancellation would be sent to their cancellation department and I'd get a call within the hour to confirm. I never received the call. So I called back and again, another three days went past with not a single person answering me, and finally, I get on the phone with somebody this morning who not only couldn't help me but frustrated me due to their lack of decorum on the phone, their constant interruptions while I was trying to speak and then proceeding to yell over the phone. I'm annoyed and frankly just want to cancel my membership. I shouldn't have to be running around like a headless chicken to cancel a subscription.
