Don't ever take out a contract with them as they simply don't communicate when your contract is ending. This is the second gym contract with the same outcome. We paid the FULL cancelation fee and confirming the service was cancelled at their counter whilst on the phone with the head office. The guy on the other side of the phone gave me the impression that I should have not called them as he was just plain rude and ****y. I still get the debit orders debited every month and I reverse every single one. Its costing us unnecessary backing fees to do this but they just don't care. I should have never approached them for any gym contract. Simply pathetic really.
