Planet fitness randfontein

We joined planet fitness randfontein on April 2017 we noticed that they were not deducting their money from our account and we approached them about it and we were told that they did not have admin by then cause is the new gym...then we paid R800 than was showing on their system.. after paying that money then they started deducting their R299 every month...then we stop to go to the gym cause of my pregnancy...today I went to the gym and I was not allowed to gym because I'm owing them R1563...for how I don't know cause we never stop paying them and they also handed over our account to their lawyers....can anyone please help me because we paying R299 every month..I just don't understand why must we pay R1563 while we paying them every month....
