<p>I submitted a query to planet fitness over a month ago and to date i have not received any feedback, </p> <p>I find it hard to believe that this is their standard of service,leaving m eto believe that this attitude is only applicable to black people, i'm pretty certain that if my name was nicolene martin they would have resolved my query within 4hrs and given me free membership for half a year. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
