Planet fitness R55 manger and sales agent both useless

I am deeply disappointed in planet fitness R55 , I recently cancelled my previous membership with my last gym via my discovery vitality to join planet fitness , however I was promised 3 months free from activation , I started in May and in June the first debit order went off , I contacted the sales lady who said she is going to sort it out but I was getting no where , I then went to the branch and spoke to the manager and the manager said she will sort it out and I won’t be debited the following month , the sales lady name Mokgadi tried to help but gave up , I was debited again and never got my free 3 months and she even stopped answering my messages , the manager never got back to they are bunch of ****mers , worst gym
