Planet Fitness Quenswood

For 3 month my entry card was blocked from entering the gym every month on the 25 th of the month. I asked the guy working there why, he told me they can do it. I told them to cancel my gym contract. I left the gym, they tried taking money off my account and hand me over, but 5hey still taking money out of my account. I dont know why I told them to cancel the contract I cant reverse the money I cant stop the debit order, so they can just do whatever they want and get away with it. I never was treated this way by any.gym in my entire life. Planet Fitness is a *****ed gym that the people they employ do what they want and clients must just say yes and anen. Like a gang that do what they want to do. I never worry about paying but to be blocked like a ******** to enter the gym, nobody cares whats happening They handme over to attorneys but they also still deduct monies from my account, that is ********** as if you are handed over that company cant access your account. I want my money back and want Planet fitnesd to get there people in line. Get real and understand whats happening in your branches. I was at Queenswood planet fitness. But will NEVER GYM AT THEM AGAIN. I WILL GO TO COURT WITH PLANET FITNESS TO GET THEM O LISTEN TO THEIR CLIENTS. I WAS TREATED LIKE A ********. YOUR PEOPLE WORKING THERE THINK THEY CAN DO WHAT THEY WANT AND I MUST JUST ACCEPT TO BE BLOCKED.
