Planet Fitness Queenswood *********** and lying staff!

Do not trust any of their products or promotions! They use false advertising and bait marketing to let you spend money and then you never receive the benefits that you have paid for. Their sales team is not trained sufficiently and when lodging a complaint they just pass the bucket and blame head office. If you ask them for someone to speak to at head office they refuse to give you any details. I've really tried for about 2 months to resolve this problem in a nice manner but the response is utterly unprofessional and they treat their customers like ****. The staff and club managers are useless! Do not refer people for you will not get your free months. Do not fall for promotions, they will double debit your bank account and refuse to give you the credit back. It is plainly put ********! they owe me 7 months free and refuse to give it whilst they continue to debit my account every month. I will post this review on every platform possible to prevent this happening to anyone else!
