PLANET FITNESS QUEENSWOOD HAS NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

i have been a resident of Queendwood for many years now. Planet Fitness 2 months ago, open a branch there, which i joined. i specifically told the consultant when i signed my contact, that i wanted the debit order to go off on the 15 of each month. my wife was with me, and she did witness and hear what i said. i have a rule of thumb, that i never do a debit order for the 1 of anymonth. to my disgust, i see Planet Fitness, went ahead and deducted my monthly instalment on the first. not only was i furious, as i regard this as people *****ing money off my account. everyday we read stories of debit orders going off without people permisson, which i agree is not fair. today, i enquired, from a consultant, via telephone, that i instructed my debit order to go off on the 15 of every month. firstly, i was told by the consultant not to shout at him, which i was never doing in the first place. secoundly i was told i had to call the call centre and arrange for the debit order to change to the 15. how is that fair now??????????? i am a customer, who requested in the first place to have my debit order on the 15., now i must be the stupid one, who has to spend my money calling here and there to correct a mistake that Planet Fitness did?????????? its funny....because when Planet Fitness wanted people to join the gym, they had people all over the robots, centre, asking to join, ?? because they wanted our money..... now for them to correct their mistake, the customer has to call in, and so...and so.... after they have our money, ***** the customer now.....thats their attidude.... i have been living in the area for many many years.....and now Planet Fitness arrives 2 months ago, and just do what they want with my money? i regard this, not only a breach of contact, but a shamefull and disgusting way to treat your customers..because at the end of the day, without customers, Planet Fitness is nothing..... and then, on top of all, their attidude stinks..... i do not want any more debit orders from my account to be deducted , as Planet Fitness has no respect for their clients...... we dont Need Planet Fitness ...... there are other gyms where we can at least get better customer service.....
