Planet fitness Queenswood

I went to the Queenswood branch. They let my sign a contract ( me as the main member because its cheaper) but my son is the one that wants to use the gym. I paid R800 start up fees and had to buy 2 tags (R300) after the first 2 weeks it was my son's birthday and he is now 18. They told us that we have to get a new contract for my son because he is a adult now!! I haven't even paid the first debit order yet!!! Now I have to give 3 months notice and pay for the 3 months or pay a R3000 penalty fee. I have to take out a new contract pay joining fees again and pay for a new tag. I am so disappointed !!... when I phoned customer care they asked me if I recorded the conversation with the sales person?? Who does that???
