Planet Fitness Queenswood

In peak times its very crowded, I understand people have the right to gym but there are kids running around all the time, using the cardio machines to watch youtube videos and then we have to wait and wait and wait. Then people who rest on the machine for 10+minutes and chat on their phone and god forbid you ask them if they are finished yet. Really frustrating to pay all that money each month for a service that is unaccessible.
