Planet Fitness Queens is a no

I had a salesperson talk to me, joined the gym and so on. Found out the salesperson wasn’t honest about all the fees and my debit order was more than was talked about. The salesperson was also very unprofessional and inappropriate, kept calling me and begged me not to talk to his manager. Didn’t send me my contract and all those fun things. Cancelled my contract and was advised to talk to the sales manager by the customer service. Spoke to him and everything. Still waiting on my refund by the way, almost two weeks later. And today I saw that the salesperson was talking to people again at the shopping centre, trying to get them to join the gym. Don’t believe anything that they are telling you and insist on reading through the contract right there and have the person send it to you on the spot. This is the Queenswood Planet Fitness.
