Planet fitness pricing inaccuracies

Planet fitness sales team members do not know their products. When interviewed I was firstly told that on a limited member I can bring my kids to gym at no additional cost, this was the case with the same company and on the same package. Later when I went to gym I was told that its not the case. I tried to upgrade and I was told different prices by different sales people. I eventually agree and signed up at R420 and I was then called the next day to say it's a mistake I will be paying R600...Information the sales people tell you differs from one agent to another. I'm still feeling ******* and cheated, my son still sad that he can't go gym anymore. I eventually had to request for cancelation. The company needs to train and fully equip its employees with the right information
