Planet fitness potchefstroom useless

This is the worst branch and worst manager I signed up in november with an installment of R340 where the consultant made a mistake and added prorata of R217

I was paying R557 Where i was only sighned for R340 I begged the branch so many times to remove the prorata but they just never wanted to i then spoke to the manager jodi at potchefstroom He PROMISED he will fix it and he never did so i cancelled my membership the cancelation department told me i will not be lyable for the outstanding amount because i kept on saying i want to cancel because i couldnt even enjoy the 6 month discount i got because of the prorata i stop going there because not one time i went there my account was not a problem

Now i got a call where im given over to atturneys because Planet fitness couldnt do there job properly 2 other people in my store where iam working is having the same problem

Potchefstroom planet fitness is useless
