Planet Fitness - Poor service from Customer Services Department

I would like to complain about the lack of service I am getting from Planet Fitness Customer Service in South Africa. I have moved to Ghana and needed to cancel my membership. I followed the guidelines and went into the Brackenfell club to cancel, they put me on a telephone with the call center who said they would send an email to me confirming cancellation and a settlement amount. They have yet to confirm cancellation or the cancellation amount after I have sent numerous emails to them regarding my request.
