Planet fitness poor service and levy fees

Planet Fitness **** about how my contract will work, they said I can change from national to regional in the first 6months at planet fitness Roodepoort. When I tried to change it head office said that won’t be possible so now I need to pay R720p/m for one gym.

Second they have an annual levy fee the same as your membership fee. Which is ridiculous. Virgin Active does not have this.

Worst service ever can’t wait for my contract to end. Please don’t join them they have empty promises .
