Planet Fitness Poor Service

I joined Planet Fitness in 2019 December and paid premiums never went to thee Gym in March 2020 l canceled my membership as l saw that l was wasting money didn't have time to go there. When l cancelled through the phone they sent me r cancelation confirmation email the same day. Till to date they are still debiting my account lm sick and tired of reversing these transactions and it cost me at the end of the day. I don't know when this will stop l went to Bedfordview gym as that is where l joined was told my contract was for 1 year and why was l not told when they cancelled as when l joined was told l can cancel anytime since it was a Vitality deal and l only joined because l could cancel anytime. I wantthis cancel as l will not stop reversing the debit orders as l have prove that l canceled my membership #WIN
