Planet Fitness poor service

Planet Fitness charge students too much and when you want to cancel they do not return any e-mails. They just hand you over to their attorneys. I've sent numerous e-mails and I'm still waiting for any response what so ever. Even after all the money was paid, they still do not bother to reply!!!!
